Dig It Up For The Play Holes!
The play "Holes," is adapted from the book by Louis Sachar, which was also made into a hit movie starring Shia LaBeouf. Featuring a cast of Chartwell students and co-directed by Chartwell educators Brandie Schafer and Krista Williams, "Holes" takes an amazing, fresh, and profound look at destiny and fate.
In the play, Stanley (aka Caveman) and Hector Zaroni (aka Zero) meet and complete a promise made by their great, great, great grandparents. Destiny also comes calling for Ms. Kathryn, puts her love for Sam to rest and brings rain to their dry prison of a lake. Even the outcast kids who have been sent to the prison to dig holes encounter fate and find the family they need within each other.
Experience "Holes" for yourself on May 16th and 17th from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and bring your friends. It will be a magical evening that you will never forget!
